Grown high in the mountains of Tarrazú, this coffee is bright, sweet and balanced. Roasted light-medium, it opens with a juicy orange note and settles into smooth milk chocolate and a brown sugar finish.

Best brewed: Pour-over (V60, Chemex, Kalita) to make the citrus stand out. Drip or AeroPress for an easy, sweet everyday cup. It also works well as a bright espresso.
