They founded Cooperative Entre Ríos in 2009 with a simple belief: that working together, they could grow something worth sharing. Nearly a decade later, they took that belief a step further — cutting ties with a larger organization, electing their own leadership, and claiming full independence. Their coffee, their future.

What you're holding is the result of that conviction. Harvested from trees grown at altitude, slowly dried on open patios under the Guatemalan sun, it's a coffee that's clean and considered — a hint of dark chocolate, a sweetness like honey, a brightness like fresh strawberry.
