Honduras SOMSA "Manos De Mujer" - Organic

In 2000, sixty-two Honduran farmers made a collective decision to leave conventional farming behind and build something better — organically, together.

That cooperative became COMSA. Today it's Fair Trade certified, internationally recognized, and channels its premiums into the communities it grows from: teachers' salaries, school supplies, and the futures of the next generation.

"Manos de Mujer" — Women's Hands — honors the women at the heart of this harvest. Patio-dried and fully washed, the cup is bright and gentle: crisp red apple, a squeeze of orange, and a long caramel finish.
